I finally talked to my DM about the transfer. Up until now its just been between the store manager and I.. My DM is the man that’s actually finding me a store finalizing everything. He said, “You’re 100% sure right? Because once I submit this transfer, thats it. You can’t just change your mind..” I felt my stomach turn a lil bit but.. YEP. IM 100% SURE! So its official. I’m moving. I mean.. its been official, but now its OFFICIAL. No room for cold feet anymore. My first day at my new store is either going to be February 13th or March 1st.. VEGAS, HERE I COME!

So I’m back from Vegas, ended up seeing about 20 homes and submitting 7 offers. Now I’m just waiting on responses from the sellers. Hopefully at least ONE accepts! If not, I’ll be back this weekend to look at more!

I can’t wait, I’m so impatient! I wanna hurry up and move already.. I love LB but I’m ready to get outta here and get this new life started!

Step 1. Preapproval. Check!

Step 2. Find a Realtor. Check!

Step 3. Look at homes. Check!

Step 4. Put in offers. Check!

Step 5. Offer accepted. PENDING

This whole process is going a lot faster than I thought! At this pace, I’ll have the keys by March!
